Please note the primary guest must stay in the unit for the duration of the reservation. After booking, guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property management company before arrival. We would like to inform you that a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancelations and refunds and we will follow the platform's cancellation policy. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out.
